I am working with a leading energy storage solutions company in Australia for residential and commercial and industrial solutions.I am looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide remote support, conduct fault analysis, compile product quality issues, maintain customer relationships, and manage training sessions.Key Responsibilities:Provide remote technical support to customers.Analyze system faults and prepare reports.Collect and analyze product quality feedback.Maintain effective communication with customers.Manage and conduct training sessions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.3+ years of experience in the electrical/renewable industry.Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining residential BESS systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with relevant Australian/international codes.Excellent customer support and communication skills.Fluency in Chinese is a must.If you are interested in this role, please apply!
