Fantastic Furniture is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our vibrant marketing team. If you thrive in a collaborative setting and are driven by creativity and results, this role is perfect for you!
About the Role:
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be at the heart of our marketing campaigns, working closely with the Senior Brand Manager to bring our brand strategy to life. Your responsibilities will include:
* Project Management: Oversee marketing campaigns from inception to implementation, ensuring they align with our brand objectives.
* PR Activations: Execute engaging PR activities that resonate with our audience.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams within the company and external agencies to deliver impactful projects.
* Performance Monitoring: Measure and monitor campaign performance to drive brand and business metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Collaboration: Communicate brand direction effectively and foster open conversations across teams.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Use customer insights to plan, execute, and review marketing activities.
* Operational Excellence: Optimize marketing spend and compile post-implementation reviews to learn and improve.
* Community Engagement: Develop campaigns that enhance our brand's credibility in the community.
* Business Growth: Implement integrated brand and activation campaigns to achieve sales targets and drive brand metrics.
What You Bring:
* Experience: 2 years + in brand marketing or marketing communications, with experience in media and working with creative and media agencies.
* Retail: Previous retail marketing experience a strong advantage!
* Education: A university degree in Marketing (or with marketing major).
* Skills: Strong project management, social media expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
* Attributes: Analytical, curious, collaborative, and commercially savvy.
