We are looking for people who want to work with our management, frontline staff (nursing, allied health, and other important roles) and key stakeholders in our South Community Teams in partnership with our Statewide Inpatient Unit.The Role:Leads and manages the coordination of patient care within the OPMHS South Community Teams in accordance with best practice principles and within a collaborative multidisciplinary framework.Provides leadership in contemporary nursing/allied health practice and promotes an environment conducive to innovation and change.Manages the financial, physical, and human resources of the OPMHS South Community Teams to achieve agreed service outcomes within the allocated budget.You will need:Ensuring the standards of client care within the teams are in accordance with clinical standards and evidence-based practice.Managing physical, financial and human resources effectively, ensuring team objectives are met.Encouraging and supporting staff to develop further knowledge and skills to enhance the individual and the teams.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.Details of appointment:Permanent, full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Salary: $135,002 to $138,296 per annum.
