Job Title: Facilities Officer
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Officer to join our team. This role combines expertise in building infrastructure with the opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the upkeep of Council's building infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
* Collaborate with internal teams from various Council services and work closely with local contractors.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination of projects and maintenance tasks.
The Benefits:
* This is a permanent full-time position, with a monthly RDO.
* The current starting salary is $73,730.04 per annum + superannuation, with the opportunity to progress through Councils banding levels.
