You will lead your team in delivering strategic planning, service reviews, risk management, governance, and data-led insights. Your leadership will foster a culture that values innovation, accountability, and high performance.What you will bring:Degree or post-graduate studies in business management, law/public policy or related fields (or equivalent experience).Significant experience as a senior leader within a large, complex organisation.Experience in leading strategy development in a multi-faceted organisation.Proven experience in developing strong partnerships across a diverse organisation.Demonstrated expertise in positively leading corporate governance processes.Significant experience in managing a diverse portfolio of functions with competing priorities.Exceptional leadership qualities and a passion for delivering for the community.As the ideal candidate for the Manager of Strategy and Performance role, you bring significant leadership experience from within large, complex organisations. You will be an inspiring & authentic leader who builds constructive relationships with people at all levels across the organisation. Your background in business management or law/public policy equips you with the skills necessary to lead strategy development across multiple facets of the organisation.
