About the Role
The Operations Officer plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organisation. This involves providing administrative and logistical support, acting as a professional first point of contact for public enquiries, and contributing to our conservation and fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the main point of contact for public enquiries, managing the main AMCS email account and phone line while creating a welcoming and positive first impression for supporters and the public.
* Providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the efficient running of AMCS Team Meetings.
* Financial and fundraising support, including assisting with accounts payable and processing donations.
* Supporting campaign planning and coordination on an as-needed basis, including assisting campaign staff in event management and organising activities.
