As an Associate Private Banker, you will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of our service proposition by:Being the first point of contact for the day to day needs of a portfolio of our HNW clients.Managing client expectations and keep them informed of progress.Facilitating the efficient execution of client needs through effective engagement of our service partners.While aligned to a specific Private Banker(s) and clients, the role forms part of a broader team of Associate Private Bankers, led by a Director of Client Services, responsible for working together to provide a compelling service proposition to our clients.What do I need?In order to be successful in the role you will have experience of the following:Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline would be beneficialStrong frontline client experience within a Banking or Wealth related roleUnderstanding of Consumer & Lending Products will be highly regardedRG146 Tier 2 Compliance qualificationWhat’s in it for me?You will be working for a well-known Australian company where the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
