EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY STARTING EARLY 2025UYG Property Services are currently seeking the expertise of a Customer Service Support Officer.Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm with some weekend work available.Work hours are flexible and negotiable for the right candidate (e.g., school hours).Shared staff Accommodation is available upon request and availability.Duties include but are not limited to:Scheduling of all works across the business which may include liaising with team leaders, supervisors, and staff.Liaising with clients regarding dates, times, and works carried out.Dealing with client enquiries.Have a sound knowledge of the Hedland area (preferred).Excellent customer service within our retail store.Knowledge of gardening, plants, and tropical fish favourable.Stock control.Keeping the retail store clean and tidy.Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone.General administration.Other ad-hoc duties as required.Attention to detail.Ability to prioritise.A positive, 'can do' attitude and good initiative.Great work ethic.The ability to work in a team environment and also independently.Good attention to detail required and the ability to multi-task.Sound understanding of all applications across the business; Xero Accounting, ServiceM8, Microsoft Teams, Square.If you think this position suits you, then please send your resume with a brief description of your experience to ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
