* Hourly rates ranging from $25.41 - $34.47 + super + travel

About the Role
Our team are looking for Support Workers in Geraldton area who can work alongside our customers to provide quality and practical assistance that enables them to continue to lead their own lives with dignity and stay connected with family and community.
You will need:
* Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
* Satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a 'can do' attitude
* Availability to work a range of shifts throughout the week
* Experience providing tailored support to individuals and their families (preferred)
* Qualification in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health or Community Services or working towards (preferred)
