We are currently seeking to recruit a Technical Specialist at an exciting time of growth for our business. This role will support our Case Managers to build their own technical capability and help drive performance within the teampetitive salaries and attractive benefits will be offered for all experienced CTP successful candidates.
You will be responsible for
1. Assist in achieving the team's targets and KPI's and will be responsible for providing specialist advice to Case Managers
2. Offer accurate and effective claims management advice and implement best practice technical claims management strategies
3. Claim review approvals
4. Assisting with settlement offers and attending conferences with counsel, expert witnesses and lawyers
5. Building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders
6. Working closely with the Team Manager in improving the performance of the claims team
About you
7. Extensive knowledge of CTP claims
8. Demonstrated results in a performance driven environment.
9. Analytical skills & attention to detail
10. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
11. Sound understanding of relevant legislation.
12. Excellent customer service andmunication skills
13. Time management skills and a proactive approach
