To provide specific clinical and operational management and oversight to a team of clinicians staff located both virtually and nationally. The role will working closely with National Manager, to drive continuous improvement in the delivery of Virtual Health service excellence to clients and customers. Have a shared responsibility with the National Manager to achieve overall profitability and quality clinical outcomes. Successful applicant can be based in any capital city of Australia. What will be your responsibilities: Ensure clinical governance across both internal and external service providers. Identify, support and contribute to continuous improvement. Support the achievement of KPIs clinicians, including billable and productivity targets. As a senior clinician, model best practice for the Team Be an escalation point for clinical matters and provide advice and support with clinically and professionally related tasks Ensure all contact and interaction is of the highest standard (written/phone/face to face) What we are looking for: Qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work Professional registration with the relevant health professional body (AHPRA, AASW, ACA, PACFA). Minimum 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory/Management experience Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to present, interact and influence at all levels Competent with IT systems What We Are Offering: Flexible working arrangements – Including working 2 days from home, flexibility to choose shift schedule.
