As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.How You’ll Succeed:Respond to all resident and visitor enquiries as their first priority in a diplomatic manner, utilizing problem solving and complaint resolution skills and ensuring all complaints are forwarded to the General Manager in writing.Promote excellent customer service in all personal interactions with visitors, families, residents, and team members.Greet all visitors to the building and ensure that their needs are addressed in a pleasant and unhurried fashion and conduct mini tours in accordance with policies and procedures.Provide Clerical Support:Complete required records to support cash transactions related to the sale of guest and team member meal vouchers/tickets.Provide clerical and computer support to all managers as requested.Who You Are:You are compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work that supports seniors in living life fully.You are detail-oriented and have strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff.You are proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Power Point.You exercise tact and diplomacy in working with seniors, their families, and general visitors.What you need to know:Sienna Senior Living is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and residents feel like they belong.
