Are you an innovative Marketing Coordinator / Associate ready to take on the rewarding challenge of medicinal cannabis?Come and join Altum International, a leading medicinal cannabis company that's passionate about the life-changing benefits of cannabinoids.Through Kind Medical and other Altum brands, we are making medicinal cannabis more accessible and affordable for Australians with carefully selected products across a growing range of formats.This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys the challenge of translating complex scientific content into compelling, digestible content that excites and educates our audience.Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with our product and design teams, we are on the hunt for an energised Marketing Coordinator / Associate to support the delivery, execution and monitoring of our marketing strategy, through: Campaign Coordination : Assist in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.Content Development : Create and manage educational materials such as brochures, presentations, email marketing, ensuring compliance with industry regulation.Digital Marketing : Manage Kind email marketing campaigns and social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement.Event Management : Coordinate logistics for conferences, seminars, webinars, and product launches, including vendor relations and on-site support.Administrative Support : Handle administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all marketing activities adhere to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) guidelines and Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.Data Analysis : Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation. EXPERIENCE AND KEY CRITERIA Proven experience in a marketing role (minimum 2-4 years) ideally in a similar industry (Health, Wellness, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG or similar), or in a high-growth business setting.Exceptional written and verbal skills.Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (ideally HubSpot or others).Deep understanding of content marketing strategies, SEO and digital marketing.Some graphic design capabilities (ideally across Adobe Suite and Figma) with an understanding of how to brief and work with dedicated designers.Good sense for reviewing and evaluating design, layout and presentation.A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.Deep interest in or understanding of cannabis medicines preferred.Australian citizenship or permanent residence is a requirement for this role.
