The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as the key contact for all employee lifecycle stages within the Group. This autonomous role will take responsibility for the management of employee relations, recruitment, engagement, retention, development, and succession planning.
You will partner with the leadership team to understand and support the organisation's HR and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate and coach managers in performance-related activities
* Onboarding: Support the organisational goals and strategies for all people-related initiatives
* Provide advice and strategy for employment law and regulations to maintain compliance
* Workers compensation management including Return to Work coordination
* Employee health and wellbeing programs
* Develop and implement DEI initiatives
* Learning and Development to support employee talent and growth
* Health and Safety – support the business to identify and improve risks and employee safety
The Person
You will be a strong communicator, with a focus on achieving commercial outcomes and ensuring the workforce culture is strong and united. Qualified in HR with demonstrated experience in senior-level roles, you will be professional, show leadership and able to support all aspects of the HR function.
