We are looking for an Information Services Librarian to join our Library Services Team. Purpose: Lead the drive for new ideas, enhance digital access and participation for an informed and engaged community and develop and deliver a technology strategy for Randwick City Council libraries. About the role: Coordinate acquisition, development, and promotion of online resources. Manage public and internal staff platforms, including staff training portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Analyse appropriate statistical reports and usage patterns to ensure continued relevance, currency and effectiveness of the digital and non-digital collections and services. Continuously work towards improving the user experience in accessing digital collections and services, as well as seamless integration with online services and library resources About you: Demonstrated experience within a library service, with relevant experience in online library service provision and knowledge of current and innovative library technology trend applications in workplace Demonstrated experience in managing websites, working knowledge of coding languages, metadata and demonstrated ability in using content management systems and customer relationship management software Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in conducting complex research, high level project management and change management Further information: View the position description online or contact Valeria Gryadunova, Coordinator Business and Systems, on 9093 6400 Employment in this position requires a current Working with Children Check.
