About the role We are currently seeking an Operations Planner to notify customers of planned electricity interruptions and assist with the day to day servicing of customers during these outages. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and effectively managing any potential issues. Key Responsibilities Issuing notifications of planned electricity interruptions Report system abnormalities and safety issues to Jemena, control room, and relevant stakeholders Resolve customer complaints and concerns in the field. Liaise with internal and external customers Ensure compliance with work instructions and paperwork to prevent breaches Communicate health and safety issues related to planned works About you Ability to identify and report system abnormalities and safety concerns. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints in the field Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders Attention to detail in ensuring compliance with work instructions and paperwork. Awareness of health and safety regulations related to electricity distribution.
