THE ROLE The Advanced Package Planner sits within the Division Wide Services Operations of South Division and contributes to the implementation, coordination and monitoring activities associated with individualized and flexible funding packages to improve outcomes for children. This role will be responsible for planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement to co-design, assess, implement and monitor individualized and targeted supports to meet the needs of individual children, their families and carers, providing flexible and innovative placement prevention and out of home care solutions for children. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE • Undertake and manage active Flexible Package processes for children at risk of entering or within the out of home care system• Liaise and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of complex client and placement issues.• Undertake the necessary work involved in preparing a client panel presentation and the related follow up.
