Job Description Role duties: Processing of weekly, high-volume, end-to-end payroll processing. Consistent communication between both internal and external stakeholders. Consistent learning and development in regards to payroll awards, regulations & compliance. Preparation of payroll reports to assist the Payroll Manager in achieving strategic objectives. Provide support on payroll projects to ensure smooth operations within the department. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: 3-5 years of prior experience in Payroll positions. Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end payroll processing inclusive of payroll legislation, awards and compliance. Outstanding communication skills to liaise with HR and Finance to resolve any payroll-related issues. Proficiency in a range of payroll software and MS Office, specifically Excel.
