Logistics Coordinator $80k - 90k + Super Mascot 2020 Full-time Permanent Hybrid - In-office & WFH Cox Purtell is working exclusively with a growing global company, and this is an exciting opportunity to work within their Australian division, headquartered in Mascot, Sydney. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced order management/logistics professional with excellent communication and customer service skills, to progress their career in a collaborative team.You'll be an integral member of the logistics team - responsible for order processing and submission, deliveries, and solving any inquiries/issues relating to customer accounts.Key responsibilities include: Interact with external customers, to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests in relation to customer orders and accounts.Processing all orders in SAP and liaise with 3PL distributor to ensure timely delivery of goods, resolving any order or account issues.Supporting with set-up of customer accounts, accounts receivables, deliveries, and returns.Update various reports including account opening status, sales report, open orders, delivery status, inventory levels etc.Processing new customer accounts and applications in SAP.Monitoring stock levels and regional ordering of stock.Maintain customer and material database in SAP.Skills/experience required: Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in a order processing/logistics coordinator role.FMCG/Consumer Goods background is preferred.Highly skilled in customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must have extensive experience of using SAP and Microsoft Excel.Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
