We are looking for someone who is able to collaborate well with both kitchen and front of house staff, ensuring smooth workflow and that all food is prepared efficiently to the highest of standards - taste, aesthetics + cleanliness are our pillars.
You will be in charge of daily food preparation and service, stock and ordering, and maintaining hygiene practices and standards in the kitchen.
We are open for breakfast and lunch weekdays and only breakfast on Saturdays. Closed Sundays, offering a great work-life balance and stability. This role is a 5 days a week full-time position.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a chef or cook in a busy kitchen environment or the like.
* Certificate IV in commercial cookery or equivalent qualification/experience is preferred.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; honest, reliable, friendly, and respectful team player.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
