The ECU Art Collection, valued at approximately $15 million, demands enhanced resourcing and care.
An exciting opportunity exists within ECU's Art, Culture and Collections team. The position of Registrar will work closely with key stakeholders to manage legal and physical risks associated with art and objects in the Collection.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing legal and physical risks associated with the Collection
* Ensuring compliance with international and national standards in loan agreements and insurance policies
* Conducting annual reviews of loan agreements and insurance policies
* Contributing to Disaster Preparedness and Response Plans and other institutional policies
* Assisting in the development of stocktake, audit, and valuation processes
* Supporting the Curator in freight plans for incoming artworks, including condition reports

Remuneration and Benefits:
