Key Responsibilities:
* Regularly update and maintain the website with fresh content and product listings
* Upload and edit product details on the site to ensure accuracy
* Input and maintain records in our internal systems with precision
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone
* Prepare and distribute quotes to clients and prospective clients
* Manage inventory and order stock to meet both client and business needs
* Reach out to clients and prospective clients to discuss their AV requirements
* Ensure accurate stock levels by conducting regular inventory checks
* Assist with a variety of administrative tasks as needed
* Ensure that orders are packed and dispatched on time
* Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
* Take initiative in contributing to the overall success of the team
