About the Role We are looking for a Key Account Services Specialist to join our Mascot site. You will have the opportunity to lead a team by developing capability and performance. You will experience excellent customer service, maximising profit and budgeting. Key Responsibilities Ensuring compliance, risk management and operational activities in order to support the management in upholding proper corporate governance and compliance of the Company. Build strong customer relationships and respond to changes in operational requirements. Reviewing and improving business operations to maintain an efficient low-cost operation, including improving operational processes through the successful implementation of SOPs. Develop and implement all Transport and Operational activities required for efficient transportation and distribution of freight. Provide leadership and regular coaching to the team which instils high standards of professionalism and excellence. Work with Transport Manager to manage & negotiate market competitive rates with service providers. Key Skills and Qualifications Certificate/Diploma in Warehousing & Distribution and/or Transport & Logistics. 5+ years in global forwarding with transport experience. Relevant people management and leadership experience. Ability to communicate clearly the value Toll can deliver to business outcomes and the customer. Demonstrated Global forwarding operations & market (i.e. Competitors, carriers, clients & services) and local logistics market knowledge. Strong interpersonal, problem solving, planning and negotiation/diplomacy skills. Experience in a similar role within the warehousing and distribution. What moves you?
