ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Corporate Governance Officer manages and coordinates the development and implementation of a range of policy and corporate governance initiatives, including delegations that contribute to the delivery and support of the organisations and/or Government commitments.

ABOUT YOU
7. Demonstrated experience and successful performance in corporate governance in a complex organisation.
8. Demonstrated strong stakeholder management and relationship building capabilities in a corporate governance setting, with an ability to exercise sound judgement when liaising with stakeholders.
9. Superior written communication skills, including high level of accuracy and attention to detail, demonstrated experience preparing executive briefings and governance documents such as policies and written delegations.
10. Highly developed verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and influence people in a range of positions.
11. Proven ability to proactively set priorities and objectives, and manage own workload to deliver results within agreed timeframes despite conflicting demands.
12. Experience in using and formatting templates, and proficiency in the suite of Microsoft Office systems and exposure to managing databases.
13. Proven ability to review and analyse complex situations, procedures and systems and to recommend changes where appropriate.
14. Demonstrated experience of initiating improvements through innovation and the development of new ideas/approaches to deliver accurate and timely governance services to all stakeholders.
