Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor and empower a team of 6 Occupational Therapists in South Eastern Queensland and remotely mentor 3 Occupational Therapists in NSW.
* Develop innovative services and maintain a reduced case load aligned with your area of specialisation.
* Serve adult clients according to your area of expertise.
* Collaborate with other Clinical Leads and operational managers on projects.
* Ensure the quality of reports and interventions.

Requirements:
