If so, we want you on our team!Program Overview:The Homes First Program provides three years of tailored, trauma-informed, and culturally safe case management support, with an additional year of intermittent support following program completion. Our goal is to ensure stable housing, improve physical and mental health, and foster community connection.About the role:As our Dual Diagnosis Clinician, you will engage proactively with clients enrolled in the Homes First program. You’ll provide essential support to those experiencing co-occurring mental health problems and substance use challenges, offering a “one right door” approach to clinical care.
