You’re a multimedia all-rounder who excels in delivering engaging content that captivates audiences across various platforms.This role is based at our West Ryde office and will report directly to the Head of Marketing, working closely with our sales and marketing colleagues and the wider Zen team. You’ll lead the development of video, animation, and interactive media projects while applying cutting-edge design principles. You will formulate and explain design concepts with a view to capturing and holding the interest of target audiences, prepare illustrations and layouts to communicate these concepts, work with stakeholders to settle on design solutions, and recommend function and aesthetics suitable for display.Your responsibilities will include creating seamless digital content that enhances consumer engagement, strengthens brand presence, and drives advertising revenue across DTC retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, and B2B channels. You will collaborate with a talented team of creatives to produce exceptional work for some of the best outdoor and lifestyle brands.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, produce, and deliver video, animation, interactive media, and other multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, websites, print, and installations.Develop creative concepts and solutions tailored to target audiences and marketing objectives.Create and manipulate animations, special effects, and interactive elements for digital platforms and mobile technologies.Ensure multimedia is consistent with branding and aligned with guidelines.Research and apply new multimedia techniques to enhance content creation and performance.Collaborate with team members to deliver cohesive and innovative multimedia solutions.Document and archive multimedia projects for future reference and use.What You’ll BringExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and a strong understanding of video production tools and techniques.Proficiency in motion design, animation, and interactive media development.Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging multimedia experiences.A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.Exceptional communication skills and openness to feedback.Other NotesThis is an in-office role.On-call availability may be required during key sales periods to assist with site maintenance or promotions.We foster a “be happy” workplace mentality, encouraging a positive and solution-oriented environment.
