Leading your team successfully through change Being hands on with the management of your own cases Position description: PD Senior Manager Asset Management.docx What you’ll bring to the role To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have: Deep knowledge and experience within the Agribusiness / Commercial sector Extensive Credit knowledge with particular experience in Agri / Commercial credit Experience in risk and compliance management and delivery of risk and compliance management outcomes Experience with Farm Debt Mediation and/or engaging with Rural Financial Counsellors. Highly developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills While not essential, it would be great if you had: Demonstrated experience in leading a medium sized team in a Credit, Business or Asset management Tertiary qualifications and certificates in accounting, finance, economics or commerce, or another relevant discipline.
