About The Role
The Community Engagement Advisor plays a vital role in driving relationships and engagement between our branch and local community. Your goal will be to create demand for in-branch experiences, digital channels, and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the community engagement strategy for your local community bank company.
* Create and post content, and drive engagement through various social media platforms.
This role requires you to have a strong customer service ethos, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in marketing and managing social media pages. You'll also need to be able to work independently and unsupervised, and have project or event management experience.
Requirements:
* Strong customer service and customer experience ethos.
* Ability to drive and maintain effective working relationships and networks.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Experience in Marketing and managing social media pages.
* Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
* Project or event management experience is highly regarded.
* Excellent PC skills with knowledge and experience in digital platforms and creative/editing tools.
This is a part-time role with a roster of 30 hours per fortnight, working across 2 days per week. The position is located at Blackburn South.
