About the role Western Health is now one of the largest providers of maternity services in Australia. As a result of service expansion, we are looking to appoint passionate & enthusiastic obstetricians to support the growth and complexity managed within the Western Health network. These positions would suit clinicians who are able to contribute to our team-based care system and support a collaborative model of maternity care in a busy, high complexity, tertiary level maternity service.
Key responsibilities: Provide high-quality inpatient and ambulatory obstetric care, including antenatal clinics and caesarean section lists and on-call cover. Support a team-based, collaborative maternity care model in a high-complexity, tertiary setting. Mentor and train junior medical staff, contributing to RANZCOG Fellowship training. Remuneration value up to $497,941 p.a. (L25 – L27) or Remuneration value up to $455,624 p.a.
