Reporting to the State Director - Asset Services, you will manage estate and lease functions, maintain high standards, and ensure exceptional customer service.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients and tenants. Drive meaningful conversations, leverage market insights, and navigate discussions to achieve optimal outcomes.Manage properties to the highest standards, adhere to performance indicators, and seek ways to enhance asset value. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.Oversee lease administration, manage critical dates, handle rent collections, and ensure tenant compliance.
