Your Mission:
● Drive strategic growth plans across Australia
● Build lasting business relationships and market presence.
● Develop a sales pipeline and boost company revenue.
● Manage partner relationships day to day, including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects.
● Identify and establish new opportunities with existing partners
● Lead internal operations to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
● 7+ years of sales/business development experience in new markets
● Strong Ag Industry experience and networks
● Great negotiation skills
● Creative problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
● Excellent project management and communication skills.
● Current driver’s license
