The Role Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing a designated client portfolio, driving its growth and profitable premium income. Through consistent and superior customer service, you will provide industry and insurance insights to help our clients understand and manage their needs and minimize risks. This role can be based anywhere in Tasmania. About You You thrive in a sales/account manager role with proven experience in developing client relationships and providing superior support. You have some experience in the general insurance arena and are eager to learn and grow (insurance is great to have however we would also consider candidates with local B2B Account Management experience). Our client segments include health and community-based sectors, with four core pillars: Retail/Community Pharmacy, Allied Health, Childcare, and Veterinary/Pet. If You Were in This Role Last Week, You Might Have: Delivered unrivalled customer service by providing industry and insurance insights, helping clients understand and manage their risks. Connected with your team to outline weekly objectives and targets. Conducted meetings with clients in your portfolio to prepare for renewals, understand their changing needs, and explore additional support options through our products. Followed up on warm leads for potential clients, educating them on specific commercial insurance classes, the associated risks, benefits, and premiums.
