Your Role & Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse, you will: Deliver clinical care that meets residents' individual needs and aged care standards. Monitor residents’ health, conduct assessments, and implement care plans. Administer medications safely and accurately. Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and care staff. Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of carers. Ensure compliance with aged care standards, policies, and accreditation requirements. Maintain thorough clinical documentation and reports. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential). Full work rights in Australia. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. A compassionate and resident-centered approach to care. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation, and compliance requirements.
