The Role
We are looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates to work in the role of casual Guest Services Officer at Ocean Beach Tourist Park.
Reporting to the Park Managers, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - as well as assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks.
About you
You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work one weekend per month plus random fortnightly shifts and holiday relief shifts.
You will bring to the role:
1. Fantastic customer service;
2. Professional and personable telephone manner;
3. Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills;
4. Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes;
5. Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions;
6. Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice.
7. Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner
8. Ability to work in a team environment
ESSENTIAL:
9. First Aid Level 2
10. Current CPR
11. National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
12. Working with Children's Check NSW or equivalent
DESIRABLE:
13. RMS 9+ (Online Reservation System) or similar guest reservation system would be highly regarded but not necessary
14. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
