**What’s the role?**
Reporting to the Client Success Lead, this role is responsible for the successful deployment, ongoing management, performance and retention of digital advertising campaigns for News Xtends’ key high value strategic clients nationally. In addition this role acts as a 2IC to the wider Pro Accounts team providing support, guidance and troubleshooting expertise.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Oversee implementation for digital campaigns
+ Reviewing sales orders and validating for implementation
+ Leading onboarding calls and weekly WIPs with clients
+ Briefing fulfilment team on campaign objectives and requirements
+ Amazing client service.
+ Build strong relationships and ensure client retention for top tier clients.
+ Act as the central point of communication for campaigns, dealing with our clients, fulfilment teams and sales
+ Establish cadence for reporting and client contact for campaigns. Closely monitor success metrics and conduct regular reviews with clients, helping them understand and navigate campaign dashboards / results
+ Coordinate internal meetings for campaign monitoring and troubleshooting, presenting high-level summaries for discussion
+ Collaborate with fulfilment on optimisations, understand insights recommended and present effectively to clients
+ Respond to client queries and requests in a timely manner
+ Develop and implement an account growth plan to drive incremental revenue
+ Identify potential campaign issues and proactively troubleshoot with stakeholders
+ Provide operational support to the wider client success team ensuring best practice around reporting cadence and client communications.
+ Support the CSL in the development of the CSCs around digital strategy and how to position / effectively communicate ROI.
+ Work closely with the Senior Performance Media Managers to monitor overall campaign pacing and performance and troubleshoot to ensure ROI.
+ Initiate and lead business process improvements and provide guidance on product roadmap based on industry insight and in-market feedback.
**Who are you?**
+ Strong competency and experience in omni channel digital marketing campaigns
+ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics.
+ High-energy, solution-focused, and committed to exceptional customer service across tight deadlines.
+ Experienced in client management, skilled at handling challenging client scenarios.
+ Calm under pressure, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
+ Data-savvy, delivering reports that align with business goals.
+ Strong communicator with proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders for effective outcomes.
+ Detail-oriented, skilled in creating impactful presentations that use campaign data and market insights.
+ Process-driven with a track record of operational excellence.
