The OpportunityAs a Workforce Planning Analyst at Service SA, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Customer Service Centre (CSC) and Virtual Contact Centre (VCC) are well-prepared to meet the needs of South Australians.In this role, you will work closely with our Team Lead for Network Performance and Analytics to manage shift planning, optimize resource allocation, and monitor workforce systems.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys using data to support effective scheduling and service delivery. By analysing workforce trends and adjusting plans to match customer demand, you'll directly contribute to a smooth and efficient service experience across our network. About YouWe are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys using data to support service planning. You should have experience in workforce scheduling or resource coordination, and you'll work well with others to ensure smooth, efficient service.To succeed in this role, you'll need: Knowledge of scheduling, forecasting, and data analysis to plan resources effectively. Ability to work with different stakeholders and manage expectations. A proactive approach to resolving issues and suggesting improvements. Maintain a high level of customer service. Special Conditions A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years. A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, which must be renewed every five years before expiry.
