Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:Manage the credit function, and oversee one Credit OfficerLead end to end credit, collections and debt management activitiesEfficiently manage a debtors ledger of national accountsAccount reconciliationsFocus on the management of insurance and credit risk, and conduct continuous due diligence on credit processesFollow up on outstanding accountsOptimise existing processes to achieve strategic goals whilst implement new strategies to increase efficienciesEstablish and maintain strong relationships across the business alongside external stakeholdersReporting dutiesIdeal CandidateThe successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Senior Credit position, along with the following skills and attributes:First class communication and presentation attributesKeen desire to improve processes and proceduresA passionate and positive 'can do' attitudeHigh level interpersonal and time management skillsAttention to detail, initiative and strong negotiation skillsStrong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to positive influenceEffective time management & organisational skillsOrganisational ProfileOur client is a highly successful national organisation that has continually grown from strength to strength.
