Flexhive by Hudson are looking for a proactive, hardworking, and efficient candidate to fill the role of our Talent Community Manager. This position will be to support our Federal Government Business support team by screening candidates relevant to our specialisation, creating and maintaining talent pools with highly engaged, available talent within the specified role categories.
Full time, Permanent position (9am-5pm), flexible work arrangements will be considered.
Location: Sydney or Melbourne
Role Overview
As a Talent Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, working closely with our Recruitment Consultants to identify, attract, and engage top talent across Federal Government Business Support. You will be the driving force behind sourcing candidates, managing talent pools, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use innovative methods to identify and attract potential candidates through our system and external job boards, i.e. Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter to invite new talent to flexhive.
* Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for various roles.
* Maintain and update our candidate database with accurate and relevant information.
* Proactively develop talent pools of highly engaged talent in target role verticals
* Write and place job adverts as required.
* Conduct pre-placement candidate checks, and skill / credential verification.
* Ensure regular communication with your assigned talent pools to create levels of engagement.
* Perform regular check-ins with current on-hire talent and actively seek redeployment opportunities when nearing assignment end.
* Assist with search & match activities.
* Identify opportunities for expedited job fulfilment by highlighting appropriate talent to client team based on job briefs.
Key Capabilities
* Understanding of key job role categories and client requirements
* Understanding and ability to use key talent sourcing tools i.e. Seek Search, LinkedIn
* Proactively highlight opportunities for placement based on talent pool availability / job requirements.
* Effective communication - written and spoken.
* Stakeholder management, relationship development and influencing skills.
* Multi-task, efficient and meticulous
* Proactive about solving problems to ensure rapid delivery.
