About the role... The ideal candidate/s are able to manage the fast pace of the medical device industry.
The Territory Manager is responsible for managing the overall output of their region, as well as communicating effectively with other Territory Managers to achieve set business objectives.
On a daily basis you will:
Engage with specialists/surgeons to promote, educate and sell MicroPort CRM's suite of products and increase awareness of our products and services.
Create, implement and execute goals, objectives and strategies in line with the organisation's key focuses.
Enthusiastically drive and track your sales activity.
Provide in theatre/cath lab support and perform high quality cardiac testing procedures.
Provide technical support for physicians and healthcare professionals.
About you... You're a strong and personable sales professional with exceptional communication skills who genuinely enjoys working collaboratively to achieve excellent results.
You have a true passion for the field of cardiology, specifically Cardiac Rhythm Management.
You hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in nursing, health sciences or business.
Demonstrated experience and success in Cardiac Rhythm Management sales, territory management and sales forecasting.
You have strong commercial acumen and enjoy chasing targets.
You are able to work autonomously.
You are excellent at building relationships with physicians, allied health professionals and key hospital personnel.
You have strong technical aptitude.
You are professional, friendly, and calm.
You hold a valid driver's licence.
You're adaptable, supportive and focused on delivering exceptional service.
