You'll conduct assessments, develop care plans, provide brief interventions, and contribute to group programs. The role includes team leadership, shift coordination, clinical supervision, and collaboration with professionals to ensure high-quality care.Experience Requirements:Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.A minimum of 3 years experience working in the area of mental health.A minimum of 2 years relevant professional development and/or supervision.Experience in delivery of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and other evidence-based interventions.Experience in assessing and treating clients with a range of mental health and/or alcohol and other drug problems.Experience in shift coordination would be desirable.Qualification and Other Requirements:Qualified in one of the following disciplines and membership to associated professional body; Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing.Current DCSI or Working With Children Clearance.Current Child Safe Environments (Through Their Eyes) Training.Drivers Licence.Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC).NOTE:Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Mental Health Nurses must be registered with AHPRA.Occupational Therapist must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in mental health.Social workers must have Accredited Mental Health Social Work Status with AASW.Mental Health Nurses must be accredited with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.*Please visit position description for full credentialing requirements.*How to apply:Applicants are requested to send a cover letter and resume to Sonder via our careers portal on our website.Feel free to send any enquiries to sondercareers@sonder.net.au.At Sonder, we strive to respond to all applicants.
