About You
We are seeking a hands-on CRM Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about leveraging CRM capabilities to drive customer engagement and retention.
* Expertise in managing CRM platforms and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, web push).
* Able to design and optimise automated customer journeys and lifecycle marketing strategies.
* Skilled in campaign QA, data analysis, and providing actionable insights to improve performance.
* Works effectively across internal teams like Marketing, Sales, and Product Development.
* Experience in campaign reporting, database growth strategies, and delivering on KPIs.
The Role
Based at our Sydney Olympic Park office, you'll oversee the full spectrum of CRM activities, from daily campaign management to building sophisticated multi-touch customer journeys.
* Developing, deploying, and optimising email, SMS, and web push campaigns.
* Designing and managing automated, multi-channel customer lifecycle journeys.
* Providing regular reporting and insights on campaign performance and CRM growth.
* Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
* Maintaining data integrity and ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly.
