They work closely with classroom teachers and the Student Support Team in analysing student learning data to identify students who require additional support and implement specialised instruction that responds to their needs. The role involves conducting assessments, monitoring student progress, and maintaining detailed records to ensure the effectiveness of support strategies. Strong communication skills, an interest in working collaboratively and the ability to build positive relationships are essential for success in this role.
