We have the perfect opportunity for you!Your new companyHays is currently partnering with an Australian company specialising in project execution and services for the energy and resource sectors.Your new roleAs a key member of the team, the responsibilities and duties of this role will include, but not be limited to:Manage personnel mobilisation using platforms (e.g., CanYou, MyPass) while ensuring client compliance.Oversee pre-mobilisation activities: medicals, inductions, certification checks, and training bookings.Arrange travel (flights, accommodation, transport) adhering to company policies.Manage domestic and international travel within budget.Handle vehicle fleet leases, maintenance, and safety compliance.Administer vehicle/property leases (e.g., offices, rental properties), including procurement, cost monitoring, renewals, and terminations.Oversee PPE and merchandise procurement, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination.Manage the Document Management System (DMS), ensuring accuracy and distribution.Facilitate document review, approvals, and external communications.Assist leadership with special projects, report preparation, and process improvement initiatives.What you will need to succeedMining or oil and gas recruitment experienceUnderstanding of legislative requirements – medicals/training/complianceWhat you will get in returnPossibility of extension to go full-timeImmediate startWork for an established Australian companyGreat office location – next to shops and cafésIf this role sounds like you, forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or for further information you can contact Enya Gallagher on 07 3243 3049 or enya.gallagher@hays.com.au.Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: TemporaryJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Services for Renewable Energy
