We deliver these services through our 7300 people and fleet of over 4900 buses.As a business who genuinely cares about our customers, our people, and our environment; we are industry leaders in delivering zero-emission technology, investing in our communities, training and developing our people, and providing an inclusive workplace which reflects the communities we serve.The OpportunityThis is a key front-line role, responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the depot, including operational delivery and compliance, managing systems, liaising with our drivers, rostering and reporting.Position located in High WycombeAssisting Managers to implement business plans and strategic objectives for the site as well as assisting in the planning and delivery of school, route, special event and charter services at the depot.Maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders and staff and develop a collaborative working relationship (both internally and externally), focusing on excellence in service provision and individual performance.Manage day-to-day staff resource allocations for the depot. This includes maintaining drivers’ rosters through TIMS.
