The Group Content Chapter sits within the Marketing and Corporate Affairs function, focused on continually driving positive reputation, brand consideration and customer engagement with the Commonwealth Bank. Our Group Content Chapter is responsible for executing the Brighter content ecosystem to build the nation's financial empowerment.We do this by using insights to deliver high-quality content to customers through our magazine, TV show, website, video, podcast and organic social content. Do work that matters As a senior member of our Group Content and Publishing team, you're responsible for ongoing delivery and execution of our content strategy and Brighter content ecosystem across existing (website/digital) and new channels. You'll do this with a specific focus on shaping and delivering on-brand, optimised, and channel-first content for digital/website - including our content hub. You will report into the Executive Manager/Chapter lead of Group Content and Publishing and help lead (dotted line) a team of content managers and producers. You'll collaborate creatively and strategically within a cross-functional and outcomes-driven marketing team.Using your passion for simplifying complex concepts, you'll deliver engaging content that empowers our customers. On any given day you will: Deliver the strategy and execution of content across the digital Brighter ecosystem and Commbank.com.au. Make strategic recommendations and execute on best-practice taxonomy and digital IA for content and the broader commbank.com.au website to drive audience growth and consideration. Create end-to-end content experiences to ensure seamless customer journey. Identify inventory and opportunities for commercial content propositions, based on insights on content performance and UX. Champion and execute a content calendar for our digital content hub, and manage stakeholder requests using our CMS. Work closely with other senior managers and chapter lead to drive the content strategy forward and identify new content optimisation and distribution opportunities. Collaboration across media planning and media buying to identify and create content amplification opportunities to grow and scale audience. Champion and oversee best-practice end-to-end content publishing. Analysis of and reporting on content performance, exploring potential improvements or enhancements in line with SEO, UI and UX. Triage work priorities and enhance customer experience across commbank.com.au. Keep up to date with ongoing best practice, trends, and policy change sharing insights and knowledge across the chapter and centre of excellence. Be a collaborative team member who feels empowered to enhance customer experience benefits and foster meaningful and positive stakeholder relationships. Lead and mentor content managers, providing guidance and feedback as required. Review, feedback and approval on content briefs and assets. Influence and prioritise through compelling performance insights across marketing, business and customer experience data to inform marketing opportunities and continuous improvement. Prepare and present content marketing strategy, plans and results to senior stakeholders. Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends. Ensure effective management and adherence to budgets. Excellent attention to detail and curiosity about our product and service range. Senior experience in digital marketing and/or content marketing in a fast-paced environment (agency or client side). Content production capability (producing, writing, and/or editing). Practice pitching content ideas and supporting rationale and confidence. Influential stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills. Exceptional writing, editing and digital user experience. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Experience working in an agile workplace with tight deadlines. Ability to manage and deliver a high volume of quality content for a range of content channels. Experience in end-to-end production using a CMS, preferably Adobe Experience Manager. Experience with the Adobe Suite, including Adobe Analytics - building dashboards, extracting reporting and implementing results in content shaping and strategies.
