It's the first dedicated customer support role at Relevance AI. So it's a very rare opportunity to really have a huge impact.Work with the team to ensure that our guides and documentation are up to date.Deploy AI Agents to help you deliver world class customer support.What You Will Need?Experienced with technologies that are necessary to support our customers such as APIs and prompt engineering.Some proficiency in Python (or any other programming language) are essential.The ability to quickly get up to speed with the developments of a rapidly changing product.The ability to communicate complex technology simply and with empathy.What Do We Love to See?Accountability for customer-centric outcomes.
