These include, individual treatment programs, family interventions, individual and group therapy, psychology services, psychiatric outpatient clinics and case management. The Community Mental Health Service provides community-based assessment and treatment using case management in the context of a multi-disciplinary team, for people with moderate to severe mental health problems.The Clinical Nurse Consultant participates as a member of the Mental Health Team in providing comprehensive mental health assessment, case management, intervention or group work as required within a multidisciplinary framework.
