Job Description
o Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
o Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
o Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
o Update customer data and produce activity reports.
o Walk customers through the problem-solving process.
o Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
o Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations.
o Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of all issues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Desktop Support candidate should have:
o Proven working experience in providing help desk support.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Deep understanding of Windows 11 upgrade processes and system imaging.
o Strong troubleshooting skills in SCCM, Windows OS, and application deployment.
o Expert knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation.
o Expertise in security policies, compliance, and best practices.
o Extensive experience in SCCM administration and deployment.
