They are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Appointment Setter to join their team.
This role is crucial in driving growth by connecting potential clients with financial advisors.
The position is fully remote, and applicants are welcome from anywhere across Australia.As the Appointment Setter, you will work closely with potential clients to schedule meetings with financial advisors.
Your ability to effectively manage communications and set appointments will be key to ensuring the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing: Conduct high volume inbound/outbound calls to potential clients and schedule appointments with financial advisors Qualify leads and ensure they are passed along to the appropriate advisor Maintain and update appointment schedules and client records in the CRM Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience Collaborate with team members to streamline scheduling and follow-up processes What We're Looking For: Strong communication and organisational skills Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of financial services is advantageous, but not required Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Why Join?
